- What exactly is the eVisa (ETA) for Myanmar?

- My trip has been delayed and my eVisa is expired. Is it possible to do an update on the already granted eVisa?
No, it's not possible. You should re-apply for a new visa.
- How do I enter to and exit from Myanmar using eVisa?
With the eVisa program, you should enter at the following ones:
1. One of the 3 International Airports: Yangon, Mandalay, Nay Pyi Taw.
2. One of the 3 International Land Border Checkpoints: Tachileik, Myawaddy, Kawthaung.To exit from Myanmar, you can use any one of the above stated International Airports, International Land Border Checkpoints and furthermore, the Htikee Land Border Checkpoint as well.
- I have to travel from Myanmar to another country for a short trip and return back to Myanmar again. How many visas should I apply for?
You will need to apply for two eVisas. Each eVisa is only valid for a single entry.
- Will I receive my eVisa in postal or do I collect it at the Myanmar checkpoint?
You will receive the approved eVisa on Approval Letter into your designated email address.
- For how much time is Myanmar eVisa valid?
It's valid for 28 days starting the day you arrive to Myanmar.
- Which is the processing time for getting the eVisa?
Processing time is 3 days to verify the application.
- Once I have eVisa granted and printed, should I queue at Visa on Arrival desk in the airport?
No, you don't need it. eVisa is not a Visa on Arrival. You can proceed straigh to immigration counter when you arrive.
